Crazy ‘Bout a Fireside Gal

It’s one of my favorite times of year! We’re on the cusp of cold weather. If I were in Texas, I’d be itching to go out to my grandpa’s farm by now — boots and all.

J.D. McPherson‘s Signs & Signifiers has been my soundtrack to fall. If you’re one of those people who feel like you were meant to live in the 50s and 60s … you’ll love his retro-rockabilly vibe.

He sings about a “Northside Gal” … but I changed it to Fireside Gal for this post. Hello, to the season of s’mores and campfire fun.

Dress the Part: Messenger bag « Forrest green sweater « Dove earrings « Frye boots « Navy stripe socks « J Brand jeans « Classic bedale jacket « Polka dot hat « Matching polka dot gloves

Be Prepared: Gingham tear-off napkins « Needlepoint flask « S’mores skewers « Stone fire pit
